Returns
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with any original packaging included.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at ksera0002@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once worn or used. Personalized or customized products, if offered, may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
